Fairview Park Hospital is proud to be a leader in quality healthcare for the city of Dublin, Laurens County and the surrounding communities. A state-of-the-art, 190-bed acute care facility providing community healthcare services, Fairview Park is accredited by the Joint Commission. Are we big enough to serve your needs with the best care? Well, to give you an idea of how prepared we are to take care of everyone in our community, we can tell you that Fairview Park has 700 full-time and part-time employees as well as 105 active and consulting medical staff. Whats more, to help you with your own goals for health, and help you stay educated and informed about the latest in health servies, we also hold regular health fairs and no-cost screenings for common medical conditions. Everyone here at Fairview Park is dedicated to providing quality healthcare for all of Middle Georgia, and that means doing everything we can for you and your family and friends because to us, you are family.

Public Notice
This notice serves to alert the community that Fairview Park Hospital will undergo an unannounced accreditation survey by the Joint Commission at any time. Any individual who has concerns about patient care and safety in this hospital is encouraged to contact the hospitals administration. If your concern cannot be resolved through the hospital process, then the individual has the right to contact the Joint Commission and request an interview to address your concern.
The public may contact the Joint Commissions Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission accredited healthcare organization by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing your complaint to complaint@jcaho.org.

Critical Care Unit
Due to the seriousness of the patients condition and to benefit the patients recovery, family members and friends are asked to observe these visiting times:
9:00-9:30 am
1:00-1:30 pm
5:00-5:30 pm
8:00-8:30 pm
Visits should be limited to members of the immediate family. Fresh flowers are not permitted in the CCU area. CCU waiting room pay phones can be dialed using these numbers

Patient Room Information
If you do not know the room number of the patient you are trying to reach, please call (478) 275-2000 and they will direct you.
If you know the room of the patient you are trying to reach, you can call their room directly. For your convenience, the last three digits of phones in patients rooms are the same as the room number, with prefix of 274+3. Example: the phone number of room 422 is 274-3422.
The Emerald Café
The Emerald Café provides nutritional meals for patients, visitors and staff. Patients are provided meals based on his/her physician prescribed diet. Registered Dietitians oversee menu planning and special needs for all patients. Patient meal times are:
Breakfast 7:35-9:00 am
Lunch 12:00-1:30 pm
Dinner 5:00-6:30 pm
Visitors and staff have the opportunity to dine in or carry out items from our cafeteria.
Breakfast 7:00-10:00 am
Lunch 11:00 am-1:30 pm
Dinner 4:30-6:00 pm
Vending machines are also located in the cafeteria and the Emergency Room for 24-hour service.
The Pink Nook (Gift Shop)
You can find unique gift items for patients, friends or staff members. Items available for purchase include: Gift Items Stuffed Animals, Balloons, Cards, Figurines; Sundries Toiletries, Small Accessories; Snacks; Stamps. The Pink Nook is located on the 1st floor.

Patient Registration
The Patient Registration Department at Fairview Park Hospital provides several services that will make your stay at our facility easier for you. Fairview Park has four separate registration areas. They are all located on the 1st floor and are as follows:
- Admissions
Monday Friday 6:00 am 6:00 pm - Outpatient Area (On weekends, admissions are registered in the Emergency Room)
- Outpatient Registration
Monday Friday 6:00 am 5:30 pm - Same Day Surgery
Monday Friday 6:00 am 5:00 pm - Emergency Room Registration
Monday Sunday 24 Hours a Day
